We have over 10 years experience recruiting in-house counsel for a range of business including large banks, asset managers, fintech, not-for-profits, FMCG, real estate, education and start ups.

 

Lawyers love working in-house. Being closer to the business and using their commercial acumen, as well as seeing projects through from start to finish are all highly attractive to talented lawyers.

We have a network of excellent candidates who are currently in private practice wanting to make their first move in-house, as well as experienced in-house lawyers. We can recruit in-house counsel on a permanent, contract or temporary basis.

We have particular expertise in assisting companies recruit their first in-house counsel. We work closely with you to ascertain the right PQE level for the role, to put a job spec together and to benchmark salary. We can also provide advice for you to work out the cost savings of hiring someone in-house vs using external counsel.

We mainly cover London and the Home Counties, but have completed projects further afield including in Manchester and Leeds.
