How it works
We offer paid 6 month internships within our business. In that time you will learn vital office skills to kickstart your career in a corporate environment. The following internships are available:
HR & Recruitment Administrator
Team Administrator
Marketing and Social Media Assistant
Receptionist
Operations Assistant
What to expect?
You will matched with a buddy from day 1 and you will be highly supported as you learn new skills. You will be given full training, and as the internship progresses, when you feel ready you will be given more responsibility and ownership over projects. During the internship you be a valued member of the team, and we’d love to hear your ideas about how we can improve our processes and be the best recruiters we can.
What happens at the end of the internship?
As the internship draws to an end, your buddy will become a mentor and will assist you in finding suitable job openings, writing a CV that showcases all your awesomeness and coach you on how to prepare and ace interviews. The whole team will be there to celebrate with you when you secure a permanent role!
