Everyone deserves the chance to fulfil their potential. We want to level the playing field for people who have the talent, but who haven't the means to succeed. We believe in you and this is our investment in you!
About our grant
We pledge to invest 10% of our profits into helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds access a career in corporate law.
We have met some super talented people over the years who have outstanding academics and potential to become outstanding lawyers, but due to things beyond their control have not reached the heights they could.
This includes having to turn down places at Russell Group universities as they couldn't afford the living costs. Turning down open days and interviews as they couldn't afford the train fare. Dropping grades as they had to work a full time role in retail or hospitality.
Having heard their stories, we wanted to do something that would make a real difference. We want to help level the playing field for this Untapped Talent so they can reach their full potential. Putting our money where our mouth is.

If you would like to go one step further to Pay it Forward we would love to hear from you as we are seeking mentors to buddy up with our Untapped Talent.
This would involve a 30 minute meeting either in person or over the phone to chat through anything from how you got through your exams, to what your firm is like, to what a typical day looks like for you. It may not seem like a lot, but this is invaluable to our Untapped Talent!
