Our candidates will have completed at least a law degree or GDL and will be able to demonstrate academic excellence throughout their studies. We support paralegals throughout their whole paralegal career, and will have options for you who have recently finished their studies up to those with paralegal experience at a US or large City law firm.

 

A high proportion of our paralegals will be future trainees who are looking for work before starting their training contract. We have also helped a number of smaller firms and in-house legal teams with their graduate recruitment by placing talented paralegals with the view to starting as Trainees after 12 months.

 

We spend a lot of time finding the best talent and getting to know our candidates. What area of law and what size firm is their ideal, what their character and values are, what is most important to them, if they are looking for a training contract etc. We then match the best candidate to the role based on the whole picture. And we also manage expectations on both sides! There is always transparency in the process so both sides know the score. We feel this improves the chance of happiness for both sides!
